Cancellation Policy - P171, P172, P173, P174

To cancel a reservation, simply send an email to info.avemto@gmail.com with the numeric code and a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the excursion’s departure. In this case, 90% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, with the remaining 10% covering management and administration fees. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date, no refund will be issued.

In the event of an excursion cancellation due to force majeure or failure to meet the minimum number of participants (in the case of excursions), Yacht Ocean Charter P171, P172, P173, P174 will offer an alternative to the client. If an agreement is not reached, the total amount paid will be refunded to the client.

For private charter or event bookings, the following conditions apply:

  • 100% refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is due to force majeure (sea conditions, accidents, or bereavement).
  • 90% refund if the cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the departure date.
  • 50% refund if the cancellation occurs between 10 and 30 days before the departure date.
  • No refund if the cancellation occurs within 10 days of the departure date.
