To cancel a reservation, simply send an email to info.avemto@gmail.com with the numeric code.

IF CUSTOMER CANCELS:
– With a week or more in advance, 100% is refunded.
– With between 6 days and 72 hours in advance, 50% is refunded.
– With 72 hours or less in advance the refund does not apply.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY or relocation may occur due to bad weather, occupation, organization, or technical reasons. The company reserves the right to cancel. In this case, an attempt will be made to relocate customers, if not possible, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
